Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake on your order, we will make it right. Quality Issues: If you simply don't enjoy the taste, or feel the coffee isn't right for you, please reach out. While we cannot accept returns of opened coffee for hygiene reasons, we value your feedback and will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a refund or credit toward a different roast.
Refunds: Once we have reviewed your request, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
